It seems like summer has finally arrived this week and we have been making the most of the gorgeous weather🌞. It has been perfect for our practices for sports day and for having our snack in our forest school during Welly Wednesday. We made sure we watered our Iris bulbs and lots of shoots are appearing now🌱. We have sewed cress seeds in our own individual pots too! We have a lovely new ‘home corner’ area in our class room and have enjoyed exploring it. Our Nursery class assembly preparations are coming on well….we can’t wait for you to see it!
Next Wednesday 15th is Sports Day and full details were posted on the school website 30th April. Nursery and Reception will be 9.30am to 10.30am. Please can children come to school dressed in shorts and t-shirts with a tracksuit over the top in case it is cold and they will need to be wearing trainers.
There will be no Welly Wednesday next week due to Sports Day.
